Everyone knows Armour Hill offers an incredible view, but watching the sun set over Little Lake never gets old. Bring a coffee, find a quiet spot, and enjoy one of the best panoramic views in the city.

3. Harold Town Conservation Area

Just minutes from downtown, this conservation area offers quiet hiking trails through forests and open meadows. It's a great escape when you want nature without driving far.

4. Silver Bean Café

Located beside the river in Millennium Park, this seasonal café is one of my favourite places to grab a coffee on a summer morning. Sit outside, watch the boats go by, and enjoy the atmosphere.

5. The Rotary Greenway Trail

Perfect for walking, running, or cycling, this scenic trail follows the Otonabee River and connects several parks along the way. It's one of the reasons so many people fall in love with Peterborough's outdoor lifestyle.

6. Beavermead Park

While many people head here for the beach, the park also offers beautiful walking paths, picnic areas, and peaceful views of Little Lake. It's a great place to spend an afternoon with family.
